We operate 17 waste management facilities and several reuse shops. The facility listings below include information about open hours, items you can dispose of and other helpful details.

Waste fees

There are different charges for domestic and commercial waste. Fees are charged based on weight and the type of waste. The majority of domestic waste fees are based on a weight threshold of 400kg free per trip. We've put together estimates of common ute and trailer capacity and weight to help you estimate disposal costs.

Our waste management facilities do not accept cash. Only EFTPOS, credit card, debit card and account payments are accepted. There are no processing fees and no minimum amount to use electronic payment.

Safety at waste facilities

• Enclosed footwear worn at all times.
• Gloves, safety eyewear and a dust mask are recommended when unloading waste.
• Children under the age of 13 must remain within the vehicle at all times.
• Pets must be restrained in/on vehicles at all times.
• Where relevant, follow safety regulations relevant to PIN locked waste facilities.
