Central district

Highfields

• Lawrence Road: traffic disruptions will occur from Tuesday 3 March to end-May to facilitate the installation of new water mains for future reservoirs servicing the Highfields area.

Gowrie Junction

• Paulsens Road (West): road closure will be in place from Monday 25 May to Friday 29 May to complete gravel resheet works. Resident access excepted.

Kingsthorpe

• Gowrie Street (between Goombungee Road and King Street): closed between the post office and the IGA from Tuesday 14 April until end-May due to road reconstruction works. 

Wilsonton

• Bennett Street: road closures will be in place from 12 May to early June for water main replacement works. Local traffic excepted.
• Vann Street: road closures will be in place from 12 May to early June for water main replacement works. Local traffic excepted.

Southern district

North Branch

• Clifton Road from Leslie Bridge Road intersection to approximately 3.7km east: widening and pavement reconstruction works commences Tuesday 7 April and is expected to be completed by end-December 2026, weather permitting. Resident access excepted and through traffic will be detoured via Pittsworth-Felton Road and Toowoomba-Karara Road. 

Northern district

• Neuve Bergen Road: traffic disruptions may occur during heavy formation grading works.

Bowenville

• Blaxland Road: traffic disruptions may occur during pavement reconstruction and bitumen seal works.
• Grant Road: traffic disruptions may occur during pavement reconstruction and spray seal works.

Crows Nest

• Dingo Mountain Road: traffic disruptions may occur during heavy formation grading and table drain reshape works.
• Kanowski Road: traffic disruptions may occur during heavy formation grading works.
• Pierces Creek Road: traffic disruptions may occur during patch repair and seal works.
• Widderick Road: traffic disruptions may occur during heavy formation grading works.

Goombungee

• Mcdonalds Road: traffic disruptions may occur during heavy formation grading works.

Irvingdale

• Wonga Plains South Road: traffic disruptions may occur during heavy formation grading works.

Jondaryan

• Grant Road: traffic disruptions may occur during pavement reconstruction and bitumen spray seal works.

Malling

• Whites Road: traffic disruptions may occur during heavy formation grading works.

Peranga

• Reeds Road: traffic disruptions may occur during heavy formation grading works.

Plainby

• Haden Crows Nest Road: traffic disruptions may occur during capital improvement works including pipe installation, backfilling and subbase works including potential road closures.

Quinalow

• Cauleys Road: traffic disruptions may occur during heavy formation grading works.

Thornville

• Coalbank Boundary Road: traffic disruptions may occur during heavy formation grading and flood damage works.
• Garskes Road: traffic disruptions may occur during heavy formation grading works.
• Muller Road: traffic disruptions may occur during heavy formation grading works.
• Schick Road: traffic disruptions may occur during heavy formation grading works.
• Thornville Range Road: traffic disruptions may occur during heavy formation grading and flood damage works.

• Yarraman Kooralgin Road: traffic disruptions may occur during drainage structure repair and seal works.
