If your contact details or address have changed, please update your information to ensure our records remain accurate. This helps us manage services such as rates and dog registration.

We will not share your personal or account information with anyone who is not listed as the property owner without your consent.

Only the registered property owner - or, for properties held by a trust or company, a director of the trust or company may nominate an authorised representative.

Once nominated, we will update our records to allow the authorised representative to discuss and make changes to the services you specify.
