Only the registered property owner - or, for properties held by a trust or company, a director of the trust or company may nominate an authorised representative.
Once nominated, we will update our records to allow the authorised representative to discuss and make changes to the services you specify.
To nominate an authorised person, call us on 131 872. Our team will update records to show the details of your authorised person and the level of access you would like them to have to your account.
