Mowing footpath and nature strip

The maintenance of nature strips and footpaths improves the presentation of the street.  They provide open space that allows the safe movement of pedestrians and clear sight lines for vehicles and cyclists as they pass your property.

Our budget allocation for mowing is limited to mowing parklands, road median strips and interconnecting walkways throughout urban areas. We will only mow nature strips that may cause safety concerns to local residents. It's a common and accepted practice that residents/property or business owners maintain nature strips surrounding their property.
