We own and are responsible for the provision and maintenance of infrastructure at all bus stops, including bus shelters, except four privately owned bus stops; Kmart bus stop, Clifford Gardens bus stop, Highfields Village Shopping Centre bus stop and UniSQ bus stop.
You can request bus shelter, bus station maintenance or report an issue online. Maintenance of shelters and the Toowoomba Bus Station includes removal of graffiti, general damage and fault repair.
