Council is required to serve the following rate notices by substituted service under section 239 of the Local Government Act 2009, as the current address of the person named in each notice is unknown or uncertain.
If some or all of the rates or charges remain unpaid for three years on any property listed above, the property may be sold by public auction in 2027 and/or 2028.
