Toowoomba City Centre Master Plan

The Toowoomba City Centre Master Plan commenced in 2010.

We use the plan to guide the city centre’s development and change towards 2031. It includes centre-wide strategies to guide decisions on:

  • land use
  • built form
  • movement
  • open space
  • public realm and streetscape
  • sustainability
  • catalytic sites and opportunities.

We incorporated these strategies into the Toowoomba Regional Planning Scheme.
