The Hampton Visitor Information Centre is a Council owned and operated initiative to assist visitors to enjoy our beautiful Region. Visitors regularly stop just to take in the history of the 100-year-old building.

Visitors to the centre can expect to find comprehensive information on local attractions for the Highfields, Crows Nest, Hampton and surrounding area, along with tourist information for Toowoomba and the Darling Downs and all of Queensland. The centre sells a range of local produce, souvenirs and refreshments, has a 24 hour Wi-Fi hotspot and disability access.

There is convenient parking for cars, coaches & caravans, a playground, picnic facilities and toilets. The centre is located in Chapman Park, which is a designated overnight rest area for caravans and motor homes.
