Pools

There are nine swimming pools across the Toowoomba Region.

Visit one of our pools to cool off, relax, enjoy water play, swim laps, attend a fitness class, learn to swim, improve your swim stroke or join a swimming club.

Facilities below are owned by Council and managed by private operators who can assist with further information and activities offered. Pool facilities differ between venues and pool open hours may vary between seasons.

All Council pools honour the Queensland Government Companion Card, allowing free entry for the purposes of providing attendant care support to a person with a disability. Council endorses the Royal Life Saving Society's Keep Watch program which aims to prevent children drowning.

Pools may close during the cooler weather. Please contact pool operators to find out the pool open season for the year.

Milne Bay Aquatic and Fitness Centre (Toowoomba pool)

Milne Bay Aquatic & Fitness Centre is located on the corner of Herries and Victoria Streets, Toowoomba, Toowoomba City 4350

Temporary Closure : Sauna temporary closure

The sauna is currently closed. Despite out-of-order signage and temporary closure notices, the sauna continued to be accessed, resulting in additional damage and extending the repair timeframe. Repair works are on hold while we investigate the expansion of the sauna as part of a renovation/renewal project.
