Boodua Recreation Reserve is located between Kingsthorpe and Goombungee. The area is a large open space located along the shores of a creek. Fishing is available from the shore, however, watercraft are prohibited.
Picnic facilities are available, including picnic tables and bin. Fires are permitted in portable BBQs. There are no shower facilities. 4WD is recommended.
You’re welcome to stay for up to 2 days. After your visit, please allow 14 days before returning to the same Park Reserve.
Travel along Kingsthorpe Haden Road, then into Boodua Meringandan Road along the gravel road.
Turn into Boodua Picnic Ground Road. Dry road access only - 4WD is recommended.
