If you, or someone you know, is unable to access the library (either permanently or temporarily), the home library service operates within the Toowoomba City and Highfields boundaries. This is a free service and to be eligible a doctor’s certificate is required.
To apply for membership to the home library service, please contact us.
Once membership has been approved, library staff will contact you and ask you for your reading preferences. Library staff will then select your requested books or choose books and other library material according to your needs.
Library materials are delivered, through the Toowoomba City and Highfields service, to your home every four weeks by caring volunteers who generously give their time to support this service.
