Joining a walking group is a fun, social and easy way to be active and best of all it's free! 
If you’re interested in joining or finding out more about the walking groups listed below, please contact the walk organiser.

Events

Toowoomba - Run Club

Dr Renea Reich is a Biomechanist, Sports Podiatrist and running technique specialist. Her teachings are memorable and fun. All are welcome from 9 years and above. Beginner (no idea, never run) to World standard. These sessions are heavily modified to suit your running needs. You will not be "running laps". You can expect to be closely monitored with user-friendly instruction to get the best out of your running technique. All runners are exposed to The Reich Method®.

This is a program created by Renea for all runners wanting to run faster, longer and injury free. All return to run injuries are welcome.

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays 6am - 7am
Where: Glynnis Nunn-Cearns Oval, O'Quinn Street, Harristown (meet near the long jump pit)

Peak2Park fun run
