That’s why the Heart Foundation now offer FREE easy-to-follow personal walking plans - to make it easier for you to start and stay moving! The 6-week plans are more than information on how and when to exercise. They're designed to help you:

Toowoomba Bushwalkers have been exploring the region’s natural beauty for many years, discovering hidden gems, building friendships, and staying active together.
Guided by experienced trip leaders, members enjoy safe and social walks in areas they may not have otherwise found.
With a range of walk lengths and difficulty levels, the club is ideal for beginners looking to build confidence at their own pace. Newcomers can try up to three complimentary walks before joining through a low‑cost annual membership which grants you unlimited access to all events and includes an App for quick registrations and the latest updates. Toowoomba - Run Club
Dr Renea Reich is a biomechanist, sports podiatrist and running technique specialist. Her teachings are memorable and fun. All are welcome from 9 years and above. Beginner (no idea, never run) to World standard. These sessions are heavily modified to suit your running needs. You will not be 'running laps'. You can expect to be closely monitored with user-friendly instruction to get the best out of your running technique. All runners are exposed to The Reich Method®.
This is a program created by Renea for all runners wanting to run faster, longer and injury free. All return to run injuries are welcome.
