Properties at sale of arrears

Under the Local Government Act 2009 and the Local Government Regulation 2012, Councils have the authority to recover overdue rates, which in some cases may include the sale of a property. 

In respect to Council’s decision to sell land for overdue rates or charges made on 9 June 2026, the properties below are currently subject of such action.

All auction details and conditions of sale will be available from midday Friday 16 October 2026.
