Support services for young people

We provide a support service for young people aged 12 - 25 and their families. As part of the service, we can help you:

  • access information about available youth services and resources
  • identify the areas where you need the most support
  • receive referrals to both mainstream and specialist services, such as mental health, alcohol and other drugs, homelessness, and domestic and family violence
  • navigate services that best match your needs and circumstances.
