Support services for young people
We provide a support service for young people aged 12 - 25 and their families. As part of the service, we can help you:
- access information about available youth services and resources
- identify the areas where you need the most support
- receive referrals to both mainstream and specialist services, such as mental health, alcohol and other drugs, homelessness, and domestic and family violence
- navigate services that best match your needs and circumstances.
