Breathwork

Functional breath and meditation

Begin your day by gently regulating your nervous system. Join Robbie at Dr Alex Horn Park for 20 minutes of functional breathing (down regulation) designed to support stress reduction, better sleep, emotional balance and overall wellbeing. This is followed by a 20 minute guided meditation in nature. A grounding, restorative practice to help you feel lighter, calmer and more resilient as you move into your day. Suitable for beginners.

Where: Dr Alex Horn Park, 55 Stuart Street, Harlaxton. Meet the instructor at the park entry (Stuart Street, gravel carpark) at 6.50am. Session to be held near bench seat, top of hill (near the Pascoe Lane Entry).
When: Every second Sunday, 7am - 7.45am as per the below schedule:

Yogic meditation

Come along and join a guided meditation practice drawing on traditional yogic techniques to cultivate calm, focus and inner awareness. Guided yogic meditation is a wonderful tool to help you cope with the chaos of everyday life.

Come along and join Saras to learn through doing with videos, talks from the founder of Sahaja Yoga Mediation and simple follow along exercises. Saras supports participants to develop a growth mindset through self-realisation and creating an internal calm regardless of what may be going on in one's lifeAwaken your inner energy and enjoy inner silence.

Heartfulness meditation

Heartfulness is a heart-centred approach to life, where you will ideally be able to live each moment by the heart. During the sessions there will be a trainer who will take you through a guided relaxation that leads into a silent meditation. You may wish to bring a cushion to make it more comfortable.

When: Sundays 10am - 11am and Wednesdays 5.45pm - 6.45pm. Please come at least 5 minutes earlier and be prepared for a 1-hour session. Classes are also available online.

Inspired by the work of Dr David Berceli, this session uses gentle, accessible movements designed to help your body naturally unwind. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace, with the freedom to pause or stop at any time - making it suitable for all fitness levels and perfect for anyone curious about trying something new.

TRE™ safely activates the body’s natural reflex of shaking or vibrating, which helps calm the nervous system and release muscular tension. When this process occurs in a supportive and controlled environment, the body can naturally return to a balanced, more relaxed state.

It’s a welcoming, community‑friendly practice that helps reduce everyday stress and leaves you feeling grounded, calm and re‑connected with your body.

Sound healing

Heal within sound meditation 

A deeply relaxing and heart‑opening sound meditation experience. This gentle session is thoughtfully designed to welcome everyone. It offers a soft, beginner‑friendly space to unwind, reconnect, and simply rest in the moment.

Participants are encouraged to come exactly as they are. Comfortable clothing is recommended, along with a yoga mat or a blanket to settle in. The environment is calm, soothing, and completely judgment‑free. All ages, bodies, and levels of experience are warmly welcomed. It’s a shared community moment to pause, breathe, and restore together.

When: First Saturday of the month, 1.30pm - 2.30pm
