Pay and display parking meter

Toowoomba Region now has its own app "Toowoomba Parking". You can download Toowoomba Parking from

Google Play Google Play, or the

icon appleStore App Store.

About the Toowoomba Parking app

Using the app you can pay by credit and debit card using Visa or MasterCard. Payment via the app is pre-paid and charged in full at the start of your session.

The app will send an email reminder 15 minutes before the end time so that you have the chance to extend your parking, where available.

You cannot reserve a parking space with the app. Where sensors are available, you can find available car parks, but you can’t reserve a space before your arrival.

The first 30 minutes of parking is free! The app is based on time usage and will automatically only start charging for your parking after 30 minutes have expired. For example, if you start a parking session at 4pm you will be charged from 4.30pm; however, if the parking in that area is free of charge from 5pm, the app will limit your parking session (and your payment) to 30 minutes between 4.30pm to 5pm only.

For assistance using the app call us on 131 872 or contact the Duncan Solution’s support line on 1300 187 603.
