Our online system makes checking your outstanding rates balance quick and easy.

How to check your rates balance

1. Open our online system (opens in new window)
2. Enter your reference number and click next. Your reference number can be found on your rates notice as illustrated.
3. If there is an outstanding balance it will now be displayed.

You can then proceed to make a payment if you wish.
