Take a hike up to the lookout on top of Mount Kingsthorpe for expansive views and a glimpse of some of the original rainforest vegetation that once covered the area.
Although a road-easement exists from the western end of Filmers Road, there is no actual road.
Please note, no facilities are available at this park.
If you bring your dog, please keep it on-leash.
From Toowoomba: Take the Warrego Highway west and turn right onto Kingsthorpe-Haden Road. Travel along the road, through Kingsthorpe township. Cross over the railway line to your left and drive until you see Ruby Street. Turn right at Ruby Street and then left at the East Street intersection.
Please note: East Street turns into Kingsthorpe Glencoe Road. Travel along Kingsthorpe Glencoe Road until you reach Petersens Road off to the right. Take this road and then turn right onto Graman Street. Take the second street on the right which is Emmanulla Drive which will lead you to Mount Kingsthorpe Reserve.
