Waste collection service for an event

We offer a waste removal option for community events held in a public park. This service is only offered in areas that receive a domestic kerbside collection service. We don't provide this service for events on private property.

Event organisers don't have to choose our waste collection service for their event; instead organisers may prefer to hire a different service provider.

How to order a service

1. Check if a park booking is required. 
2. Call us on 131 872 to check availability of the service before completing the online form.
3. Complete and submit the 'Request event waste collection' online form.
4. Pay the relevant fee.

Request event waste collection

Completed forms and fees must be received at least seven days before the event. Invoices can not be issued. Payment can be made via credit/debit card over the phone or in person at any customer service centre.
