Clifton Library Meeting Room

The Clifton Library meeting room is free of charge for non-profit community groups based in the local community for the purpose of community-related events and activities.

Highfields Library Community Meeting Rooms

Located in the heart of Highfields, the Highfields Library community meeting rooms offers three modern, air-conditioned spaces available to hire. Able to be booked by any organisation or community group, with prices to suit different categories of users, these spaces are part of Council's vision to provide facilities that foster community inclusion and development.

Oakey Library Meeting Room

The Oakey Library meeting room is free of charge for non-profit community groups based in the local community for the purpose of community related events and activities.

Facilities

Meeting room 1

  • Availability (Local History Room): Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm.
  • Resources in meeting room 1: Table, six chairs, wi-fi hotspot.

Meeting room 2

  • Availability (Digital Hub): Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm.
  • Resources in meeting room 2 (Digital Hub): Table, eight chairs, 5 training laptops, wi-fi hotspot and a TV screen (touch screen).
