Clean-up:Our teams are working through clean-up tasks as quickly and safely as possible. This means some usual maintenance works like mowing and tending to our parks and gardens may not occur at their usual frequency as we prioritise this clean-up.If you visit our parks and open spaces, be aware that trees in these spaces may still have limbs that can fall, so please take care.

To encourage prompt payment, we offer ratepayers a 10% discount off their rate notice and water rate notice if the notices are paid by the notice due date.

The discount is not applicable on the public transport levy, rural fire equipment levy, gates and grids permit renewal levy, state emergency management levy, waste management charges, water consumption charges, backflow prevention device charge and trade waste.
