Our online self service allows you to create a payment plan to reduce your outstanding rates balance.

Creating a payment plan online:

Register as a user

1. Complete the New user registration online form. There are three pages to this form - the last will prompt you to set a password.
2. Council staff will verify your details and enable your account. This is typically completed within two working days.

Create the payment plan

• Sign in
• Enter your username and password. Use the 'Forgotten your password' link at the bottom of screen if you need assistance.
• Hover over the 'Enquiry' tab.
• Click on 'Rates enquiry'.
• Click on your reference number.
• Click on 'Create arrangements to pay'.
