Our online service allows you to check your rate balances, view receipts and view rate/water rate notices. To use this service, users will need to become a registered user. Instructions are provided below.

 

Viewing rate balances, receipts and water/rate notices online

Register as a user

  1. Complete the New user registration online form. There are three pages to this form - the last will prompt you to set a password.
  2. Council staff will verify your details and enable your account. This is typically completed within two working days.

At the completion of this process you will be able to view your receipts and other account details. 

View receipts

You must be a registered user to view receipts.

  1. Sign in (or Register)
  2. Enter your username and password. Use the 'Forgotten your password' link at the bottom of screen if you need assistance.
  3. Hover over the 'General Enquiry' tab.
  4. Click 'Enquiry'.
  5. Click 'Rates enquiry'.
  6. Click on your reference number.
  7. Under 'Rates payments' click "here", then nominate a billing period.
  8. View your receipt.

View rate and water rate notices

You must be a registered user to view notices.

  1. Sign in (or Register)
  2. Enter your username and password. Use the 'Forgotten your password' link at the bottom of screen if you need assistance.
  3. Hover over the 'Enquiry' tab.
  4. Click on 'Rates enquiry'.
  5. Click on your reference number.
  6. Click on 'View Rates/Water Notices'.
  7. Click on 'View attachment' to open each notice.
