The aim of the Customer Experience Together (CXT) Program of works is to drive transformational change and focus on embedding a customer-centric approach. We will achieve this by delivering:

  • improvements to our website, making it easier for customers to find information and answers
  • more opportunities to interact and transact with us online
  • internal process efficiencies enabling our staff to provide better customer experiences.

A budget of $480,000 has been assigned in the 2024/25 financial year.
