In the 2021/22 budget, $843,500 has been allocated to upgrade the Neil Street bus station toilet. The works will involve alterations to the existing layout by introducing a breezeway access from Bell Street Mall for greater ventilation and natural light and additional security surveillance to improve community safety. During this upgrade, temporary toilets and clear wayfinding will be provided.
