During 2021, the Toowoomba CBD and Railway Parklands Priority Development Area (PDA) commercial property market enjoyed a buoyant year achieving 33 sales. Toowoomba Regional Council appointed 3D Property Consulting to undertake further research, benchmark the CBD/PDA against comparative SEQ centres, and to highlight some of the CBD/PDA building refurbishment projects.
