The Council Immunisation Clinic is no longer in operation and all records have been submitted to Queensland Health and/or Federal Government databases as required. Further information on how you can access vaccinations under the national immunisation program schedule can be obtained by contacting your general practitioner. Alternatively, to find out who the current service provider is, please contact Queensland Health on 13 43 25 84.

Your General Practitioner (GP) can assist in accessing your child's immunisation records or visit the Queensland Health Website for further information.

Alternatively, you may contact the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register (ACIR). The register was set up in 1996 to keep records of the vaccinations administered to children under the age of seven. If your child was born in 1996 or after, you may request a statement from them. The ACIR can be contacted on 1800 653 809 or by visiting the Australian Childhood Immunisation Register website. You will need to have your Medicare number ready.
