Interim Chief Executive Officer

Colin has recently joined Toowoomba Regional Council as the Interim CEO.

Colin has over 35 years executive experience in government operations, regulatory environments and board directorships. 

Colin spent nearly 14 years as CEO of Brisbane City Council (BCC) and has served on a number of boards including the City of Brisbane Investment Corporation.  

Prior to his time at BCC, Colin was a Director-General in the Queensland Government with responsibility for the state’s planning, local governments and annual infrastructure programs.  Colin also had the role of the state’s Coordinator-General and facilitated the state’s major public and private investments across most sectors.
