Guidelines for interacting with Council via social media

Thanks for joining our online community. We love hearing what you’ve been up to and seeing your photos, so make sure to drop us a line and let us know about your #toowoombaregion adventures.

Feel free to also share your feedback, we have a team ready to answer any questions you have or help you out when you need us. If you haven’t had the best experience, our team will do their best to fix things for you.

We’re here to share everything that’s good about the Toowoomba Region and keep you updated on where we’re headed.

We want to provide a welcoming and positive experience for our online community, so we ask that you remain respectful when engaging in open discussion and conveying your point of view to other community members.  

Community comments on our posts are not representative of the views of Toowoomba Regional Council or the page administrators. Due to the large volume of comments received on our posts, comments made on this page may not be seen immediately by the page administrators. If you are affected by or are concerned about a comment left on our page, please report it to the relevant social media platform or send us a direct message, and we will review and address your concern soon as possible.
