Clifton - East Street rehabilitation

This project consists of works to replace the existing kerb and channel on East Street, Clifton between Clark Street and Grimes Street, and reconstruct the adjoining road shoulder. As part of our investment into road and drainage infrastructure in regional areas a budget of $300,000 has been allocated in the 2018/19 financial year to undertake the works.

This will reduce safety drainage issues in the local vicinity.

Start date

The project has already started with the design phase. Construction and associated work will commence after July 2018.

Target completion date

June 2019.
