Council launches new online customer service portal

Toowoomba Regional Council (TRC) is encouraging the community to submit development applications using the newly launched online customer service portal

TRC Portfolio Leader for Planning and Development, Cr Anne Glasheen said the new portal that was launched on 1 July, allows applicants to submit and pay for applications 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

“Applicants can also track the progress of applications submitted through the portal, Cr Glasheen said.

“At this stage, the Online Customer Service Portal will accept only single use applications, but Council is striving to achieve all application types in the near future.

“Council is encouraging the community to get the full value out of the service by becoming a registered user today.”
