In conjunction with USQ, we are offering one engineering scholarship in 2019. This is an exciting opportunity for an undergraduate to gain hands-on experience working for a large organisation whilst undertaking their studies.
The successful applicant will be part of a program for undergraduate and graduate engineers that focuses on providing real experience in a supportive environment.
The engineering team are responsible for a 10,000 kilometre road network, extensive drainage networks, water and transport infrastructure and manage assets worth over $3 billion.
The scholarship has a maximum value of $20,000. In addition, the successful applicant will be required to undertake 50 days paid work experience per year as an intern in the engineering team. This can be undertaken part-time during the university semester or full-time during university holidays.
The successful applicant will be eligible to apply for internally advertised positions, such as engineering cadetships, while employed with us.
